Applying an Asian Theme With Scarce Funds
It might seem hard on your pocketbook to go about designing your space in an Oriental design. Everything seems so expensive, right? Well, you shouldn’t fret, because you too can get a great Eastern-inspired room, even on a small pocketbook!
To get started, what you need to do to add Asian decor on a dime is to design only one space to add Oriental-themed items to. Just choose one room; Eastern decor works wonderfully in kitchens or bedrooms. If you’re especially tight with your pocketbook, how about the bathroom? Since they’re smaller, it will take less money to bring an exotic flair to them. Or, you can just adorn an area of a room. For instance, how about an “Asian corner” in your living room?
Then, you should hunt for decorations. You can locate many really great deals by looking on the internet (try searching for something like ” sake set“), or if you’re lucky you can find some items in your local thrift store. And don’t forget to check flea markets around you. Look for items you can stencil calligraphy on or repaint to keep your budget smiling!
